1. Acceptance
These Terms of Use govern your use of twinparticles.tech. By using the website you agree to these terms. If you use the site on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorized to accept them for that company.
2. Our services
The website describes Twin Particles Technology's software engineering, applied AI and consulting services and our products, including SitePulse AI (AMS). Services and product subscriptions are provided under a separate written agreement, order or quote. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement prevails.
3. Accounts and demo access
If we give you access to a demo, pilot or client portal, keep your credentials confidential and tell us promptly about any unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity under your account.
4. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website or our services, including by attempting unauthorized access, interfering with security or performance, introducing malware, scraping in a way that burdens our systems, reverse engineering our software, or using the services for unlawful purposes or to infringe the rights of others.
5. Intellectual property
Twin Particles Technology owns and retains all intellectual property rights in the website, SitePulse AI (AMS) and our other software, models, documentation and know-how. Clients receive a license to use our products and deliverables as set out in their agreement; no ownership is transferred unless expressly agreed in writing.
6. Fees and payment
Fees are set in the applicable order or quote. Prices shown on the website are indicative starting prices and do not form an offer. Unless stated otherwise, fees exclude taxes, which are charged as required by law. Payment terms are those in the order or quote.
7. Confidentiality
Each party will keep the other's non-public business, technical and commercial information confidential and use it only for the purpose for which it was shared, except where disclosure is required by law.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" for general information. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Warranties for services and products, if any, are set out only in the client agreement.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Twin Particles Technology is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, revenue or data, arising from use of the website. Our total liability relating to the website is limited to USD 100. Liability for services and products is governed by the client agreement.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Twin Particles Technology against claims, losses and costs arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the website or services.
11. Third-party links
The website may link to third-party sites, including senlite.net. We are not responsible for their content, policies or practices.
12. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end your access to the website, demos or portals if you breach these terms or if required to protect our systems or comply with law. Sections that by their nature should survive will continue to apply.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. The courts of Cairo have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, unless a client agreement provides otherwise.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version. Continued use of the website after changes means you accept them.
