SitePulse AI (AMS): AI attendance on your existing CCTV
SitePulse AI (AMS) is an AI attendance system for construction and large-workforce sites. It recognizes enrolled workers passively on existing IP cameras at site gates (RTSP/ONVIF), queues events at the edge during outages, matches them in the cloud, and gives HR a multi-site dashboard to review exceptions, approve daily reports and export to payroll.
- RTSP/ONVIF
- Edge offline queue
- Multi-site
- HR exception review
- CSV/PDF export

The problem
Why gate attendance breaks on large sites
Queues at terminals
Fingerprint and card terminals slow down shift changes at busy gates.
Buddy punching
Cards and PINs can be used on behalf of absent workers.
Payroll disputes
Unverified punches across many sites lead to manual checks and disputes.
How it works
How SitePulse AI (AMS) works
Camera → edge → cloud → HR dashboard.
Existing gate cameras
IP cameras at entry and exit gates stream over RTSP/ONVIF. Workers walk through as usual.
On-site edge capture
An edge device detects faces, keeps the best capture and holds events in an encrypted offline queue.
Cloud matching
Captures are matched to enrolled workers and attendance rules are applied. Low-confidence matches become exceptions.
HR dashboard
HR reviews exceptions, approves the daily report and exports CSV/PDF to payroll.
Features
Features
Reuses existing CCTV
Works with IP cameras over RTSP/ONVIF, so there are no terminals to install or queue at.
Strongly deters buddy punching
Attendance is tied to a recognized face, not a card or PIN.
Edge capture, encrypted offline queue
Sites keep recording attendance through internet outages and sync when back online.
Multi-site command center
Present, late, absent, exceptions and provisional hours for every site in one view.
Live attendance feed
Confirmed entries and exits appear as workers pass the gates.
Exception review
Unknown faces go to HR to mark as visitor, add a manual entry or escalate.
Daily report & approval
Daily reports are approved and locked, with CSV and PDF export.
HR connector
Connects attendance to your HR and payroll system.
Role-based access
Each user sees only the sites and actions their role allows.

Testimonials
What SitePulse AI (AMS) clients say
Gate attendance used to mean queues and month-end disputes. Now HR reviews a short exception list each morning and payroll receives approved hours.
We kept our existing cameras, and our sites kept recording attendance through internet drops. The rollout was simpler than we expected.
