Privacy policy

This policy explains how Twin Particles Technology, based in Sheikh Zayed City, Giza, Egypt, collects, uses and protects personal data through twinparticles.tech and our business communications, and how you can exercise your rights.

Last updated: 5 November 2026

1. Who we are

Twin Particles Technology ("Twin Particles", "we", "us") is the controller of the personal data described in this policy. We are based in Sheikh Zayed City, Giza, Egypt. You can contact us about privacy at m.aboulmagd@twinparticles.tech.

2. Scope

This policy covers personal data we collect through twinparticles.tech, our contact and demo-request forms, and our business communications with prospects, clients and partners. It does not cover data our clients process inside SitePulse AI (AMS) or other solutions we run for them (see section 11).

3. Data we collect

Contact-form and demo-request data: name, company, business email, phone number (optional), area of interest and your message. Communications: emails and meeting notes when you contact us. Partner applications: business contact details and company information. Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, referring page and similar usage data collected through cookies and analytics tools.

4. How we use it

To respond to enquiries and arrange calls, demos and pilots; to prepare proposals and quotes; to manage client and partner relationships; to operate, secure and improve our website; to send service-related communications you have asked for; and to meet legal and regulatory obligations.

5. Legal bases

We process personal data on the basis of: your consent (for example, non-essential cookies); steps you ask us to take before entering into a contract (for example, a demo or quote); performance of a contract; our legitimate interests in running and growing our business, where these are not overridden by your rights; and compliance with legal obligations.

6. Sharing with service providers

We share personal data only with providers that help us operate, such as website hosting, cloud infrastructure, email, CRM and analytics providers, acting as our processors under written agreements. We may also share data with professional advisers, with authorities when required by law, or in connection with a merger or acquisition. We do not sell personal data.

7. International transfers

Our service providers may process data outside your country, including outside Egypt and the GCC. Where we transfer personal data internationally, we use the safeguards required by applicable law, such as contractual protections and transfers to providers with appropriate security standards.

8. Retention

We keep enquiry and demo-request data for as long as needed to respond and manage our relationship with you, and for up to 24 months after our last contact unless a longer period is required by law or for an active contract. Analytics data is kept according to the settings of the analytics tool we use.

9. Security

We use technical and organizational measures appropriate to the risk, including access controls, encryption in transit and the principle of least privilege. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data.

10. Your rights

Depending on where you are, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, to withdraw consent at any time, and to receive a copy of your data. These rights are provided under laws including Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 151 of 2020), the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) and the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law, as well as other applicable GCC data protection laws. To exercise them, email m.aboulmagd@twinparticles.tech. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

11. SitePulse AI (AMS) and client data

When our clients use SitePulse AI (AMS), the client (usually the employer) is the controller of its workforce data, including enrollment images and attendance records. Twin Particles acts as a processor and handles that data only on the client's documented instructions under the client agreement. Workers who have questions about their attendance data should contact their employer.

12. Cookies

We use essential cookies needed for the website to work. With your consent where required, we also use analytics cookies to understand how the site is used. You can change your choice in the cookie banner or block cookies in your browser settings; some features may not work without essential cookies.

13. Children

Our website and services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when it was last changed. Significant changes will be highlighted on this page.
